Hi, ich bin auch neu hier :) Ich bin 14 Jahre alt, weiblich, 1,60m groß und 56kg schwer. Mein Ziel sind erstmal 50 kg und dann 46kg - 10 kg also. Wenn jmd Tipps hat, immer her damit ;)
